ABOUT US.
Welcome to Jutta and Gerd Stevens - We are enthusiastically working physical therapists. After 35 years, we sold our own practice to travel the globe and treat people worldwide.
OUR MISSION.
With our self-developed and unique treatment method, we have been able to release more than 15,000 people from their pain in the long term. And there will be more in the future ...
OUR JOURNEY.
On our route we teach doctors and therapists about our treatment method and learn a lot about other countries, nature, culture and people. We are on an exciting journey...

We are currently in Germany and treat only by appointment.German Pain Management. What is it?
Manual pain management - Treat causes instead of symptoms. The body signals malfunction in us humans with "pain" or other "sensory disturbances". Man tries to dodge the pain and gets used to 'abnormal' movement patterns. This leads to disturbances in the movement and does not allow internal organs to work properly. This leads to further pain in different places.
We look for the root causes of "pain" and treat / mobilize with gentle physiotherapeutic, osteopathic, manual therapeutic techniques. We help the body to help itself and regard it as a "unity". A treatment can take over 1 hour and we often only need 1 - 2 sessions to restore freedom from pain.
Become healthy - stay healthy.
Mysterious fascia - Geheimnisvolle Faszien
Two-thirds of Germans suffer from back problems. But despite X-ray or MRI images many doctors have escaped a possible cause of the pain so far: fascia. So far, scientists have thought that connective tissue was dead support material. It is becoming increasingly clear that the fascia plays a role in the development of back pain.
Sacroiliac Joint Block. What is it?
What are the consequences and effects? These joints are located in the pelvis, and are formed from the sacrum and the two iliac wings. The pubic symphysis is the 3.te joint in the pelvis and all 3 joints ensure the normal geometry of movement in man. These 3 joints work involuntarily, we are not able to influence their movement. There are no muscles, only ligaments that keep each joint working together. The spine sits on the sacrum and on the top is the head and both are controlled by the sacrum.
From the ribs is a connection to the breastbone and from there to the clavicles and on to the shoulder blades and from there on to the arms. From the pelvis there are muscles that go the legs and the sternum and from there to the arms.
This is how the fascial system works.
If you look at the whole structure you can see that everything is being steered by the pelvis. If there is only one dysfunction, there will be further dysfunctions in the chain of functions. Firstly there will be discomfort or pain on alternating various parts of the body. After a longer period, sometimes months or even years these pains will increase. The cause can happen suddenly through trauma or can result from years of wrong movements.
For most disorders of the musculoskeletal system, the SJB is affected and this nearly always the trigger for subsequent pain and disability.During the treatment of any pain in the body, of whatever kind, and movement restrictions we have to first find the root cause of this pain and movement restrictions before it can be treated.
The treatment is always painless and is always a gentle mobilization of all affected joints. First, the pool is mobilized to its natural, static position. Subsequently, muscle and fascial tension be compensated. After that all painful joints will be mobilized. Finally, the entire system is stabilized. The treatment always runs on the principle that we help the body to help itself!
Treatment is from age 10 days to 100 years.
